Hoover’s barbecue is spread along its two big roads. Jim ‘N Nick’s, Full Moon and Saw’s are on or just off Montgomery Highway (U.S. 31), from Patton Chapel Road south to Riverchase Village near Alabama 150. Dreamland and the second Jim ‘N Nick’s are on the U.S. 280 side of the city, at Inverness Corners and in Greystone.
How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside Hoover’s city limits, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 17, 2026. We added the Greystone Jim ‘N Nick’s because the chain’s own page gives it a Hoover address. We left out Archie’s Bar-B-Q & Burgers on Montgomery Highway and Ginza Sushi Bar Korean BBQ, which have no website of their own that we could find and no second record to confirm them. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. Run one of these places? Write to us to correct your entry.
